Solo un 2 % es población conformada por nativos y españoles principalmente, que se mezclaron antes de las grandes inmigraciones que tuvo Argentina, los llamados gauchos. Argentina fue un pais muy poco poblado hasta casi el 1900, solo un 25 % eran africanos de ese 2 %. Si tomamos el 25 % de africanos del 2 % de esa población mas antigua da un 0,5 % del total. Da un resultado muy parecido al 0,4 % del 100 % actual que tienen origen africano en la Argentina de ahora. Posiblemente, haya habido emigración de los afros a otros paises por lo cual bajo solo un 0,10 % la población con origen africano, la Guerra de la Triple Frontera también puede ser la razón de la baja de ese 0,10 %, o la fiebre amarilla, pero también bajó la población original argentina guacha por los mismos motivos. Habiendo mas inmigraciones que no tengo mucho datos pero entre 1850 y 1900 por ej. ingresaron muchos ingleses que trajeron los trenes y el futbol entre otros en esos años. Últimamente, están viniendo de Senegal muchos africanos por su grave situación económica, venezolanos por la misma situación, si bien Argentina no está muy bien, esta mejor que esos paises en lo económico, y están viniendo muchos ucranianos y sobre todo rusos por la guerra que tienen. Argentina sigue siendo muy atractivo para inmigrar aun hoy, a pesar de no estar tan bien como lo estuvo entre 1890 y 1960 que fue cuando tuvo la mayor inmigración en su historia como pocos paises la tuvieron, con tan poca población local original y tanta inmigración. Esto puede deberse a que es un pais muy alejado del resto del mundo y los transportes cada vez mas modernos lo acercaron al resto.

I wholly endorse scrapping replays. The concept itself is insane and there are already too many fixtures. That said, there's an easy fix to the financial impact on lower level teams. For each tie with teams from different levels, have the game played at the ground of the lower level team. This is what Germany does in the early rounds of their cup competition.
